Kitikmeot Inuit Association
The Kitikmeot Inuit Association (KIA), an organization with multiple roles and responsibilities, represents over five thousand Inuit Beneficiaries of the Nunavut Land Claims Agreement. Since 2007, RT Associates has provided on-going support in the areas of human resources, policy, lands management, resource development, proposal writing and inter-agency collaboration. We have also actively supported KIA in its negotiations and implementation of Inuit Impact Benefits Agreements (IIBAs).
