In 2011, facing increased mining and mineral exploration activity on Inuit-Owned Land, the KIA’s Department of Lands and Environment (DLE) contracted RT Associates to undertake an organizational review. Our consultants examined the needs of the department and recommended organizational changes that would best meet the long term needs of Inuit beneficiaries.
