Advisory and Management Services

Sometimes our clients face challenges that are complex, unfamiliar or stretch their capacity to effectively address. In such circumstances, our associates have frequently been called upon to act as advisors to help work through these issues. In settings as diverse as Impact and Benefit Agreement negotiations, business merger and acquisition discussions or government consultations, we seek to help our clients achieve the best possible outcome for the situation at hand. Our success in providing advisory services is based on the strong relationships that we build with our clients and the trust that is fostered as a result of these close ties.

Often our clients may request us to go one step further and ask us to provide specific required management services. In these cases, our partners and associates will actively implement and manage projects and programs on behalf of our client. The services that we are asked to provide are varied and can include among other things, financial management, administration, logistics, communications and reporting. Such services may be provided on an ad hoc or temporary basis, until the client has acquired the internal resources to carry out the tasks on their own, or RT Associates can manage the projects and programs on a longer-term basis.
