In 2011, facing unprecedented social and economic opportunities and challenges, the KIA contracted RT Associates to facilitate a 2011-13 KIA Strategic Plan. In undertaking the assignment, the consultants facilitated Board of Directors and staff workshops to confirm the organization’s vision, mandate, mission, goals, strategies and departmental tasks.
