Nunavut Tunngavik Incorporated
In 2009, RT Associates undertook a comprehensive organizational review of Nunavut Tunngavik Inc (NTI). In the course of the assignment, RT Associates worked closely with staff and management in producing a plan – “Closer to Inuit” – outlining how the four Inuit organizations (NTI, Qikiqtani Inuit Association, Kivalliq Inuit Association, and Kitikmeot Inuit Association) could work more closely together and achieve greater efficiencies and effectiveness in program and service delivery.
