Bill has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, complemented by extensive experience in community economic development for Aboriginal organizations in British Columbia and Northern Canada. He was involved in program delivery and policy analysis with the Government of the Northwest Territories Departments of Economic Development and Tourism, and Executive, respectively. Since joining RT Associates Ltd. in May 2000, Bill has taken the lead in of a number of feasibility studies, business plans, cost analyses and strategic planning exercises.
