Patrick Duxbury, is a management consultant and environmental practitioner with over 13 years of experience in environmental and northern development issues. In addition to his consulting experience, Patrick’s previous employment with the Mackenzie Valley Environmental Impact Review Board and the Nunavut Water Board has provided him with a broad exposure to the north and the environmental and social challenges the region faces.
In his professional capacity Patrick has undertaken strategic research, organized and facilitated meetings and public hearings, managed relationships with stakeholders, provided briefings to decision-makers, advised on technical issues, and written reports. Since joining RT Associates in July 2010, Patrick continues to work extensively for a variety of northern clients in an advisory and management consultant capacity on a wide range of issues.
