Reiko’s background includes classroom teaching in Nunavut, Northwest Territories and Northern Ontario Aboriginal communities. She has worked for the GNWT’s Department of Education in establishing Aboriginal language teaching and learning centres and Dene language curriculum, and has also been an instructor in Aurora College’s Aboriginal Language Teacher Education Program. As a Managing Partner with RT Associates Ltd., Reiko’s recent assignments include the preparation of discussion papers and Annual Reports for a number of RT’s clients.
