In 1998, RT Associates completed a pilot project on Community Economic Development in the Qikiqtaaluk Region. Our consultants worked closely with community representatives and Government of the Northwest Territories to facilitate a Clyde River CED Plan that resulted in a Community Development Corporation owning and operating a retail food store, coffee shop, construction company and hotel. RT Associates also developed a Guide on How to Conduct CED.
