Webequie First Nation
The Webequie First Nation hired RT Associates to assist it in the development of an Economic Strategic Plan. As part of this assignment, we researched the First Nation’s socio-economic trends, human resource gaps and sector opportunities.
We worked with community residents and leaders to outline a long term vision for the Plan and applied our extensive knowledge of capital investments, SWOT Analysis, organization structure, business sector strategies and funding sources in developing the Economic Strategic Plan.
RT Associates also drafted a two-year implementation strategy for the Plan and assisted in ‘kick-starting’ the Economic Strategy with development of a Webequie Small Business Center Full Utilization Business Plan.
